Alexander Mansion Bed and Breakfast
3.5 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (433)
"Very grand home of 1890. I was in Winona for a class reunion. The Alexander Mansion was very clean with vintage decor. Breakfast was served at a large dining room table where we could chat with the other guests. Breakfast was a 5 course meal with each course perfect in presentation and taste. Richard as an excellent host and was prepared for all our needs. Will definitely come back!"

"The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The property is a snapshot into history and was very well maintained. It is close to so many Southeast MN attractions like hiking, bike riding, and walking around the lakes. If you are in the area, it should be on your list of places to experience. "

Cabin on the Mississippi River
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (60)
"Our stay was very relaxing! We love this area. The cabin was very comfy and nicely decorated. Our communication with the owner was effortless and we had questions answered within minutes. The only possible negatives are the number of steps to get to the bedroom (which was a room with a very comfortable bed and gorgeous riverview) and getting onto the dock. Depending on your mobility, this could be a problem. We definitely want to stay here again!"
