A really nice place to stay while visiting nearby family. This was our second stay and we would return again. Good house layout and nice neighborhood. Very kid-friendly with books, toys, games and play area downstairs -- a nice bonus. Thanks!

The house was immaculate, no creepy vibes, the neighborhood was cute and quiet. Really enjoyed the space and the updated amenities. The garage parking and backyard space was a plus! We brought along our kids age 5/8/11 and they said they want to go back and visit again! The host was kind and responsive. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

The location is in a great residential neighborhood and quiet.
We stayed for over a month and were very comfortable. One of our best VRBO experiences ever.

We (7 siblings in our 70s from around the country), stayed at the Bungalow for 3 nights. It was the perfect place for us. We walked to a coffee shop in the morning, went to the Walker Art Center in the afternoon, and gathered around the big dining table in the evenings to catch up and share stories.

This bungalow is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of space for our seven adults and one child. Easy check in/check out process and great communication with host. We would love to book again on our next visit to St. Paul.

This property is absolutely perfect for an extended “girls” weekend!
It is located in a charming and quiet neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and appointed.
If you are interested, the description of a “ bungalow” fits this property to a “T”! It is cosy, yet spacious, and so comfortable that you want to put on your fluffy socks and never leave.
We enjoyed every minute we spent in this home!

The house had a lot of space for everyone and had a great feel. It was located close to attractions and dining. The neighborhood was family oriented and had a walking/biking trail right outside the front door. 2 stall garage was an added bonus. Great communication by the property owner. This will be my go to place when visiting Minneapolis.

Great property! Wonderful neighborhood! Very comfortable and plenty of space. Only suggestions would be to put a dimmer on the dining room light fixture and provide more kitchen towels/dishrags.

We visited in the Twin Cities for a family reunion to celebrate 4 generations with fun, food, and photographs.
This bungalow was beautifully equipped and appointed for our needs. Tastefully, recently remodeled. Very restful.
Among other helpful accoutrements, we were delighted to find a baby high chair in the front closet, plates, cups and spoons for little ones in the kitchen cupboard.
Easy to find, beautiful, quiet neighborhood - perfect for taking leisurely family walks.

We were in MN for a family reunion. This home was very easy to check into. It was the cleanest property that I’ve ever rented. There were toiletries and kitchen items so that we didn’t have to buy things like paper towels, soap and trash bags. It had a great location in a quiet neighborhood . It was very close to Como Park. Check out was easy too. There wasn’t a long to do list of items to take care of. We had a very nice stay.

This was the perfect rental for our two-week visit, welcoming a new baby to our nearby family! Wheelock Pkwy is an attractive neighborhood of mostly comfortable, well-kept bungalows. It's a great neighborhood for walking, people out-and-about were friendly and neighbors on either side were respectful.
We really liked this house! It is comfortable, welcoming and versatile. The main floor layout is convenient and was perfect for our needs. We thought the recent renovation was very successful -- well thought-out and nicely decorated.
The downstairs is a finished daylight basement, very spacious, kid-friendly and amazingly convenient for additional guests, or in our case, for occasional day visits from our nearby family with baby and toddler.
All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, David, for making this family feel comfortable and well-cared-for. It felt like a retreat! We hope to stay here next time we visit the North End.

Our party of four adults had a great stay. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is large and functional. Off street parking is a bonus. The location is close to downtown, and the neighborhood is upscale. A really nice place to rent.

We stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The bungalow was spacious, newly renovated and clean. We were 6 adults and 1 infant and there was plenty of room for everyone.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
