Very nice place; would probably stay there again. Awesome kitchen and wonderful neighborhood. Would have benefitted with more explanations about some of the amenities and some simple repairs, tho.

Only suggestion is to have a broom available to your guests! Borrowed one from my sister-in-law for our stay! But other then that we had everything we needed!
Thank you

This was an excellent place for a full week! The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked exactly as expected! The internet was fast and reliable and there was good desk space for working. In-unit washer and dryer were new, reliable, and quiet! Plenty of living room and dining room space.
On-street parking and easily accessible from highways and uptown while still being quiet at night. Neighborhood felt safe and walkable with trails and sidewalks nearby.
Alex is an excellent host; very communicative! Would definitely stay again!

Pros: This space was perfect for hosting a small baby shower. The chef's kitchen has an amazing stove/oven and refrigerator. Layout was great for a small gathering.
Cons: Kitchen supplies (utensils, plates, serving supplies, etc.) were drastically under-supplied for any kind of event and required scrubbing before use.

Property in need of deep clean. Look at your lights in the kitchen, and really need to get rid of the brush piles

Had great reunion with 4 ladies. Roomy and spacious for us. Comfy. Hot tub is something for us with wine and chatting. Noticed that it wasn’t cleaned in bathroom and kitchen but once I made note to owner. He send maid over in less than 5 min. and they cleaned per our wishes. It’d be nice if they finished painting trims and dust throughout included rails. Great location to drive around.

Overall enjoyed the stay. Lots of space which helped with meeting up with various family in the area. Overall a bit tired or worn as far as it’s overall upkeep, which is why we do not give it a five star. but mostly everything was clean, good and functioning- A few things need fixing like the kitchen faucet, (it worked, but has a very clunky way to turn it on and off )-and the burned out light above the mirror in the bathroom was a bit on - Also, there was no curtain in the window in the bathroom… We ended up figuring out how to put a towel up to cover the window from being seen from the outside.. also There is quite a bit of noise from the highway which was a surprise to us… But didn’t really bother us except a little bit at night. It was too chilly out to hang out on the deck, so we’re not sure if it was loud out there-
overall it was a very convenient place to be/ take walks from and visit the Walker, etc.

My adult son, husband, and myself stayed 4 nights at Lowry Hill. The property location fit ours needs perfectly. It's located near freeways so there is loud traffic noise, especially on weekday mornings if you open the windows or back patio door. The property has excellent noise cancelling windows and a well working AC unit which helped greatly. Check in was easy via texts and email. However contact with property manager was a bit more challenging. We contacted him via text to advise that there was no Keurig coffee maker as advertised and our texts were not readily acknowledged without additional nudges. They did have a working drip coffee maker, so it wasn't a deal breaker or big complaint.
It should be noted that while the kitchen and dining areas have been updated, the bedrooms have not and the house is still a "work in progress." Our overall experience was good, and our favorite part was watching the wild bunnies in the backyard with our morning coffees.

The property was very spacious with a great kitchen and the neighborhood is great. There were some issues with wifi connectivity and not a lot of specific follow up to resolve that. The space is clean and usable.

Great location, spacious, amazing kitchen, would be great for entertaining.

One bed looked "deep valley" fortunately we only need on bedroom.

The space and location were even better than described. Such a nice area and beautiful to walk around. Easy $10 Uber rides into the city and so much to do. The host was very helpful and worked with us to accommodate all of our needs. Hope to go back!

A lovely home with close proximity to downtown.
Could not get internet to connect to Ipad or laptop. Our phones could connect and had to use those as hotspots.
Enjoyed the deck, weather permitting.

Modern top unit of a duplex with a nice remodeled and open floor plan. Amazing kitchen! Hot tub was hot but we couldn't turn off the waterfall feature, because the knob was missing, which got annoying. The internet is DSL which none of us were ever able to successfully connect to, though the property manager was responsive and tried to help. The back yard main windows could use some curtains to prevent the back deck flood light from shining in all night.

We visited during the Christmas holidays with our three college/high school children. There was plenty of space for food prep, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking equipment. We did not host a meal there, but the apartment is large and there would have been plenty of space to do so. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Would be a good place to work from home because there is a very nice dedicated office space. Safe Minneapolis location. Would stay there again!

We stayed there fir two months with our newborns and enjoyed it. Great place, big kitchen, roomy living room. Great for cooking and hosting. Great location near city exits and in a nice and safe neighborhood. Host was easy to talk to and fixed everything we asked quickly.
Highly recommend!

The property itself could use some little touches here and there outside (spider webs etc) and the inside has a bit of a woodsy smell but besides that great spot in a great area close to everything!

This has been a hard year for travel, but Alex was really easy to work with and communicated well. The property manager is also really easy to work with --we notified him that the internet was incredibly slow (< 8 Mbps download, < 1 upload) and he put in a call to the internet provider. Unfortunately, it didn't get resolved during our stay but I am sure it will be worked out soon.

We rented this unit because it is in the neighborhood where we grew up. My siblings and I were in town to host a memorial for our mom and sort through her things. We had a lot of questions as we planned our stay, and Alex was very responsive. The unit spacious and clean, but a little dated. The extra space in the open den was very helpful to us as we sorted through boxes; the location was convenient for all the errands we had to run. The nearby park was great for morning exercise The AC was not really strong enough and there was a problem with the pilot light in the fireplace, but the local property manager came over to deal with that, as well as to bring a new coffee maker over within hours of my request. The price was a little high for the quality of the place, but it checked all the boxes for what our family needed that week.

We rented this property for 2.5 months this summer. The owner was easy to communicate with. The hot tub is a nice add, but needs to be maintained between guests. The manager came and took care of it for us. The location is ideal for walking, bike paths, quick access to downtown and the western suburbs. The house was great - a spacious gourmet kitchen perfect for entertaining, and comfortable furniture, both indoors and out. I have two recommendations - the mattresses could use replacing, and some kitchen towels would be a nice touch. We really enjoyed our extended stay here and miss that kitchen terribly!

Overall, we enjoyed the space of the house and location of the property. Unfortunately, when we arrived the place smelled like dog urine. There were dog hair remnants throughout the house, which was a bit gross. I would also like to recommend getting a normal size coffee maker.
