"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "I had a good experience here. There was some confusion with the shuttle, but i take the blame since even tho the instructions could have been better it was overall my fault but they went out of there way to get me. The hotel is right next to train, friendly staff and solid food. I would stay there again if I traveled to Venice."

"Great stay at this hotel, we checked in early with the lovely receptionist. Super friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are nice. We did have a problem with the first room as the fridge and tv didn’t work but they moved us super fast. Breakfast was nice, you can make fresh orange juice, they have pastries/cereals etc. Overall a great stay and would come again. "

My First Choice in Treviso

"This hotel is slightly out of the centre but would now be my first choice when visiting Treviso. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to actually check in but they made sure drinks and snacks were available while we waited. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and although reception can control room aircon, they were more than happy to lower the temperature to a refreshing 19c (B&B Treviso take note). The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and drinks. It’s a shame we didn’t have our swimming costumes with us as we would have taken advantage of this facility "
