"A very nice and clean, spacious house and property. Unfortunately our recent May 2nd - 5th stay was plagued with poor, spotty rainy weather except for the arrival night so we didn't get to utilize all of the of outdoor features associated with the property. Having firewood available for the firepit was a nice convenience. We definitely would consider staying there again. Please note to be careful walking on the outside stone pathways, some become a little slippery when wet."

"I've stayed at the Subshine House numerous times and it is as charming as ever with the new ownership. It's a serene oasis! The sunrises from the deck and expansive views from the house are amazing. The house is clean and well stocked and there is a TV in each room. My dog enjoyed playing in the big yard and water. Kiran was super nice, communitive and helpful. I will definitely come back again."

"This home has all you need for a quiet lakeside retreat. The private boat launch is just a few minutes walk from the house and it is a short boat ride to get from the launch to the private dock. It is a quiet neighborhood and not too far from Lake Anna restaurants. We enjoyed sunning on the floating dock during the day and relaxing around the fire pit at night. The game room is in the garage across the driveway with lots of room to play. Kitchen/dining room/living room is open floor plan so feels spacious even with a full house. We would definitely rent this place again in the future!"
