Fancy Free is a beautiful home with spectacular, breathtaking, long views of the lake from every main bedroom! It is designed for upscale living. All primary bedrooms include private baths, TVs, and balconies. Each balcony has its own patio furniture for you to enjoy and relax in comfort.

The upper level contains two main suites with a living area/loft large enough for a sleep sofa, chairs, and a game table. The main level is a home in itself with living areas, bedroom, sleeping area and a large-screen TV. This level has many different gathering areas including a living room, dining room, new gourmet kitchen, eat-in bar, and breakfast nook. There is also a poker table on this level so you can enjoy the lake views while playing cards/games or watching your favorite team win on the large-screen TV. On this level you will also find several different seating/conversation areas: in front of the fireplace, in the living room, around the poker table, in the den off the great room, dining room table and breakfast nook table.

The lower level is designed for fun. This is where you will find a large-screen TV, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and children's play area. There is an additional full-size refrigerator and microwave on this level so you can store all those extra snacks with easy access to the yard and dock. On this level you will also find a universal gym and treadmill so, if you choose, you may keep to your personal workout schedule! Throughout the house, you will find the amenities are extensive. They include, but are not limited to, a private hot tub, jacuzzi tub, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and poker table complete with professional poker chips. There are two large-screen TVs, two private docks, a swimming dock with a beach, a children's play area, a hammock, and an adult swing. In addition, you will find even more outdoor amenities, too many to mention because they are always growing, but include a basketball hoop, swing set, fire pit, horseshoes, and lots of beach toys and lounge chairs! High-speed fiber optic internet ensures everyone stays plugged in and is great for remote work and distance learning. Other home essential include a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

The home is located on the public side of Lake Anna. Enjoy local restaurant and crab house, Tim's at Lake Anna, or great BBQ at Billiken's BBQ Company. Local shopping can be done at Dickinson's Store. Boat rentals can be found at Shipwreck Boat Rentals and other local agencies.

THINGS TO KNOW
All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. All fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License.
No fireworks are allowed and quiet time is 11 pm to 7 am. These rules, as well as pet restrictions and maximum occupancy, are monitored by the HOA. They will evict guests for violating these rules.
Please note that a harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact Vacasa for more info.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would return if our plans ever take us back to Lake Anna. There was lots of space, indoor and outdoor entertainment, big kitchen with an open floor plan, and a nice boat dock. The only comment is that the cleanliness needs some work. On the surface it's clean, but it really needs a deep clean. A lot of the kitchenware needed cleaned before using, the boat dock needs a good cleaning, the kitchen floor sticky when walking on and patio furniture/cushions need cleaned.

Well stocked, fun home!
We had a great time in our stay at this home. Very well stocked with most anything you could need and plenty of fun activities. There were definitely a few things that could have been a bit cleaner and several broken pieces of furniture and a loose/broken handle on the oven door. Beds were very comfortable and the home is very spacious! Overall a great place and I would visit again, but it could use a little tlc in some of the details!

The house is really nice and spacious! communication with Vacasa was easy and they were able to help with what we needed assistance. However, the cleanness of the house was not the best. The house could have at least been vacuumed. The hot tub was very dirty! it was full of algae and there was even two glass bottles of liquor in the water, which is not only hygiene issue but also a safety issue!!!

The place was absolutely beautiful.A true holiday getaway getaway.
The pictures posted of the house don't do justice to what the place looks like in person.We just loved how everything was so clean and well kept. The view from the house is amazing.4 of the bedrooms faced the water and the bonus was all of them had king sized beds that were very comfortable. What we loved also is that the house had its own private beach where we all could swim and have a wonderful time together. Would not just love to come back but also recommend it to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a beautiful location and neighborhood but the indoor and outdoor furnishings were broke down and very uncomfortable. The lawn was also in need of mowing which make the bugs situation Terrible!! For the price we just felt things could use some improvement. I want to reiterate we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and make do with what we had and hopefully some updates for comfortable furniture will be made soon because we would definitely like to stay again.

property is clean and has nice lake view. I am pretty sure during summer it is much nicer. internet was slow and table tennis net was not properly hanging tight and firm. i would strongly recommend renting this property. you will enjoy and relax.

Consistent Problems
When we arrived the wifi was not working. The information they gave us was incorrect and when we reached out to the property manager she was not helpful at all. And it stopped working all together on Saturday even though our checkout was Sunday. The home was lacking towels, if we are staying for multiple days each person shouldn’t only have one towel. The bathrooms were all dirty and the dishwasher still had dirty dishes inside from whoever stayed the last time. There were only a few dishwasher tabs, so we could only run the dishwashers three times each, we had to go out and buy our own to keep washing the remainder of the dishes. There were dead bugs throughout the home, and BITING asian lady beetles all over the ceilings, walls, and in the bathroom. One of the chairs to the poker table was broken and my aunt fell out of it because of it. The jets in the hot tub were dirty, so when we turned it on the tub was filled with dirt. There was alarm locked in one of the private closets that went off everyday at 4am. The views were beautiful but the home did not reflect its beauty in the slightest bit. For the amount of money we paid it was not worth the stay. It needs to be more than just the location, and we are not satisfied with our stay at all.

Spring Break at Fancy Free
This spacious home allowed our 10 member family to spread out and do individual activities: reading or working next to the large picture windows overlooking the lake, playing pool or foosball in the game room, cooking and baking in the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor areas (large dock, sandy beach, play area with swings, a fire pit, hot tub and multiple decks) were well used because we had some beautiful early spring weather. The owners had both indoor and outdoor closets filled with games, toys and water gear for the renter to use. There was plenty of parking and easy driveway access. The only negative things we experienced were: 1. Lack of response from the property manager when we texted, called and left messages 2. The specialized stove needs printed instructions left on the counter not hidden in a drawer 3. Lack of bedrooms (there are several sofa beds and day beds in general use areas. Our family was able to make this work but there are really only 3 adult bedrooms and one for a child. The beds in the adult bedrooms were very comfortable.

Quiet and beautiful winter break
Really lovely house with beautiful views through the two picture windows, lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, pots and pans, serving ware. Great game room downstairs. We went in January so it was really quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

The house met all our expectations and more!! We got tons of fish off the dock, kids played on the private beach, movie and game nights in the basement! Plenty to keep everyone of every age happy and occupied. Also kitchen had everything you could possibly need!

Great house but 2 small issues
The house was fantastic, perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, boathouse, beach, poker table, kitchen were the highlights. Two Small issues which aren't necessarily significant... The wifi info was incorrect in the email, so we had to hunt for it....was correct on a small brochure downstairs. Also, bigger issue, the air conditioning was a mess...main level fine. Downstairs RIDICULOUSLY cold. Upstairs, only blue bedroom got air, left bedroom was uncomfortably hot. Otherwise the place was fantastic and we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect House with everything you can think of!
This was one of the best properties we have experienced at Lake Anna. House literally had everything you can think of from a fully stocked kitchen, basement with multiple games to keep the whole family entertained. The private beach and outdoor hottub and dock was perfect! Will be saving this property for our next vacation.

Great location including private beach and high quality dock for families!
Great experience. Our group of 16 was able to stay comfortably here. All bathrooms are within the rooms themselves on the top two levels. They provide all sorts of board games, balls, pool table, air hockey in the basement. The dock closet also has some floaties and noodles. Bring an air pump to help! Closest grocery store is about 25 minutes away. Recycling is about 5.5 miles away. Trash bins on site. Bring enough heavy duty trash bags to help the checkout process. On site wifi is about 4 MBPS down so know that going in the internet is terrible. Helps you unplug for the weekend. 2 big TVs and some rooms have TVs in them too. One A/C unit controls the house. The basement is freezing so bring some extra blankets if you get cold. Upstairs gets a little warm. During nighttime, be careful opening the doors to the deck. Lots of bugs will fly in. This is typical of Lake Anna though not just this house. Plenty of cookware, glasses, utensils, mugs, plates. Double dishwasher. Bring dish washer and laundry pods to help during your stay. Hot tub outside is nice but has a strange odor to it. Not bad, but not great. Driveway is plenty big. WiFi password is different than listed in the check in process. It's listed in side the house once you get there. They have a basketball hoop/ball, horseshoe, fire pit and hose to rinse off from the beach. There is plenty of space to sit, relax and have a great weekend! Would definitely recommend for large families looking to have a great relaxing time.

Great lake house!
We had a great long weekend at this home. It was the perfect size for our group of 16 with lots of common areas and plenty of space for games. The kitchen is very large and well stocked. We loved the hot tub overlooking the lake. The WiFi was spotty but overall not that big of deal. Would definitely return!

Fall Weekend Get-a -way
Very enjoyable fall weekend. Fantastic view of the lake. Trees starting to turn. Attended the Lake Anna Wine festival. (Small but fun) The house and property was very accommodating, clean, and very kid friendly. Amenities too numerous to mention. RCS - Pittsburgh, PA

Wonderful Weekend at the Lake
This is a fantastic property. We were only there for a long weekend, and unfortunately the weather wasn't the best. But even when the rain kept us inside, there was so much to do. Pool, air hockey, table tennis, poker and more kept us occupied. Once the sun came out, we were able to enjoy the great outdoor space too. The small patch of beach is a really nice touch.
