"Renee was quick to greet us on arrival. While the property shows its age, we were very comfortable. The room was clean, fridge and microwave worked well. Bathroom was clean with ample towels. "

"From the moment we arrived at the property, the exterior of the building took our breath away—its historic architecture is truly stunning. The suites are located on the third floor, each beautifully labeled with unique names and secured with key code entries. My son and I each had our own room—I stayed in The Abbott, and he stayed in The Marguerite. The newly renovated interiors exceeded all expectations. Each suite had its own distinct style and charm, with luxurious, high-end finishes that made them feel truly special. I was so impressed that I immediately filmed both rooms and sent the videos to my husband—I just couldn’t wait to share the experience with him. "Very accommodating for our large group that came from Kearney for a Baseball tournament that got rained out. Our walk in shower had water puddling outside the shower pan onto the bathroom floor, making it very unsafe when stepping out of the shower."

"The house is set up perfect. Had everything we needed and more. Quiet as a mouse in the area it is located. You do have to drive on gravel about a mile or so but road is well maintained. We would definitely stay there again."

"The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. The location was ideal and close to everything we needed. Should we venture back to Scottsbluff I plan to check the availability of this house first! Also, I will recommend this as a place to stay for anyone interested."
