"Great hotel. Pros: perfect location to see Mt Fuji. I came for 1 night. During the day could not see Mr Fuji but in the morning from 4am-8 you can see it perfectly. Super clean and great bath house. Cons: it’s about a 18 min walk from Kawaguchiko station & public transport. I would 100% recommend & I would stay here again. "

"The rooms are small for our family of 4, so I decided to book another room. They are so nice to put our rooms on the same floor even if it is a last minute additional room booking. The breakfast is really good and healthy. The area is close to the bridge where you can see the beautiful Mt Fuji unless it is cloudy. There’s bike rental close to the hotel and you can bike in the area esp to the bridge. My family enjoyed our stay in the hotel. "

"Enjoyed the amazing view from the lobby and our room. Also really loved all the delicious food served in their club lounge. Friendly staff, nice location… it is quite steep of a walk up and down the narrow road, but doable. Already planning to come back on our next trip to Japan!"

"Shuttle service to the train station. Kawaguch lake is within 10 mins of walk from the hotel. Nice roof with view of Fujisan. "
