"Location is really good, hotel is located just beside a huge shopping mall and short distance from a major shopping & food street, staff is very friendly and helpful, mechanical parking is available and quite convenient. However, only the toilet is too small."

"The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy. If you want a customer come back to your hotel train your staff be friendly able adjusted for small request. "

"The breakfast was spectacular and diverse offering Japanese and western foods. The hotel is a grand scale and setup for big wedding parties. The beds were a bit hard for our taste. "

"Right across the street from the train station. Undergoing some exterior construction (?) with scaffolding outside but did not see any workers or experience any noise or inconvenience. Super clean and Big room by Japanese standards! Even a separate closet/ alcove with room for luggage. Coin laundry, free ammenities, breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend "

"Nice hotel in a great location to new Nagasaki station, street cars and bus station. Rooms are small but no surprise and no complaints. Everything worked, nice staff with automated check-in/out kiosks. Would stay again. All good."
