"We enjoyed our stay at the Candeo Kumamoto very much. The onsen was amazing. The temperature of the water and the sauna were great. I loved the cold plunge. Staff was helpful and kind. Cleaning staff especially. We slept in the triple and the beds were maybe just a little soft. Size of the room really great for families"

"Beautiful designed modern 5 star. Rooms are spacious quiet with decent closet space and very nice bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet. Our room had a nice view of the hillside and bridge. Short walk to Nagasaki station. Excellent breakfast buffet. All staff were warm and helpful eager to answer our questions. Megumi in particular made us feel welcomed. "

"Looooved this place. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel restaurant I ever been to!! Lots of different food available and super delicious and best of all it’s a cheap option for breakfast before heading out for the day. The room was nice and clean. We had a nice view of the river outside. And super close to the food/shopping area which lets us explore at night without being far. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel !!"
