"It was one of my best hotel stays. It was expensive but it's totally worth it. You felt welcome the moment you stepped off the shuttle. Hotel staffs were great and attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, food quality and selection were all top notch. Onsen on the 5th and 6th floor, got to try both of them to feel the different atmosphere. Foot spa at the main floor. If you need privacy, tub and swing chair on your balcony is another option. Love everything, definitely will go back again! "

"Hotel Regina offers a daily shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko station, which was an unexpected bonus. There are quite a few local restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and this made our stay at Hotel Regina an absolute pleasure. The cherry on top was the best, and unobstructed, view of Mt Fuji from our room.
