"We were a little tired and stressed on arrival as our pre booked hire car was a bit of a mission to sort. The Villa owner was there when we arrived, wanting payment for bedding and cleaning. We were expecting the bedding but had missed the €180 for cleaning as the correspondence was in French only. She said that they shouldn’t really be letting the property as they’d had a water leak leaving one of the rooms damp and with mould, which was true. There were between 5 and 12 of us over 2 weeks, as people from Canada, the UK and Dublin were reunited, came and went. We really used the house fully, with joy and ease. "Amazing stay. The photos do not do this property justice! Very spacious rooms, amazing balcony with view of the sea and pool. The pool is huge and very much welcome in the heat. Quiet area but very close to local bakers (walking distance) and 5 minutes to supermarket. Close to the lovely beaches of Frejus and Ste Raphael. Excellent communication with Victoria who answered immediately. Nice touch of soap and shampoo in every bathroom and a welcome bottle of wine chilled in the fridge. Every room...

"We traveled with our sons - 10 and 12 from the US. The house exceeds expectations. It’s stunning. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The pool is lovely. The kitchen looks out over the sea. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning and ice maker is plentiful (IYKYK). Most impressive - this home is a 1 block walk to club 44 which was our favorite beach and lunch spot. We did ferry to St Tropez - but in hindsight I wouldn’t leave at Maxine. The host is lovely and Barbara - the concierge...
