Welcome to Swan City located in the heart of Bay View. With beautiful hardwood floors and a cozy boho-inspired decor, our space is designed to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Centrally located, we are within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and co-ops. This community is known for its lively atmosphere and friendly locals, and there's always something exciting to see, or an event to attend in the neighborhood.
The space
This cozy boho-inspired apartment is decked out with a mix of hand-picked antiques and modern accents. Located on the upper of a duplex, you will have your own entrance through the side of the property. In the property, there is a door in the main hallway separating the dining room and living room from the rest of the house that could be closed for working or entertainment.

The main bedroom offers a queen bed with a tall standing dresser. The guest room offers a full bed with a cute vintage vanity.
