Unclean hotel with RUDE staffs
The hotel room was not clean - the floor was wet. The toilet was clogged on first use. On the first morning the cleaning staff was almost forcing to open my room door even after I sought 30 mins to get ready after I woke up. Last but not the least - I asked for an iron box from front desk and they denied to deliver it to the room - I had to go to the front desk to pick it up. And to the most of my surprise - when I checked out the room, kept the iron-box in the room and went to the reception to return the key - the lady in reception denied to check me out until I went back to the room and brought the iron-box. The behavior was very rude and unpleasant!!! I never experienced such rude behavior from any hotel staff so far. I would NEVER recommend this Motel to any of my friends /relatives.

Good Budget Motel
You get what you pay for. Low cost mean no frill. Check in was smooth, room was outdoor entrance, room was small, could of been cleaner but okay. Was quiet and served the purpose. Would stay again if I need a cheap place to stay.

The motel is in a serious STATE of disrepair. Lock would not function on first room. Housekeeping needs to b mindful of their work. Desk staff was courteous and helpful. For the price it was adequate.

Worst Ever
Charged me $10 over the expedia price I was quoted. Put me into an unfinished room, I had to fix their TV so it would work. Then an electric fire at night I had to move rooms. Cold floors with sad room heating and focet splashed water.

Affordable and convenient
We would have loved our room if it had been cleaned better... Hairs on our sheets, in bathroom sink, scummy bathtub, gritty floors. Check-in clerk was pleasant. We’d stay again if housekeeping took more time cleaning rooms.

As expected - less than average
Staff is stand-off-ish. Check-in staff is not familiar with what's in the area for things to do or places to shop and made no attempt to help in any way. I learned that only first floor rooms are being rented as house keeping staff is minimal, and the motel will be a new name and under new management in a couple of weeks. It seems unusual that thugh the clerk on duty will will continue employment under the new ownership, does not know who is purchasing the hotel nor what it will be named.
