The Lower East Side is popular, so parking gets difficult. We'll send instructions to request free temporary street parking permits for each vehicle.
Min. $100 additional cleaning fee if smoke odor is found. Please respect the community and avoid making loud noise between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
No food/drink in bedrooms, no moving furniture, please tidy up, lights/TVs off, lock doors/windows and tidy up before leaving.
