"Got stuck overnight after a flight cancelation. The staff were accommodating about holding my luggage until check-in time, and the next day after check out before my flight. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I was able to stream my Netflix. The hotel is on the outskirts of town outside of the Marquette campus, so without a plan I walked downtown to kill time before check in and see some of the city. Therefore, I was a bit surprised hearing the concierge explain to a guest checking in all the benefits including a shuttle service they share with the hotel across the street that takes you downtown, the hot and cold breakfast offered, and the filtered water in the gym as I was checking out. I hot none of that info when I checked in. That was weird."
