"We were quite worried before the trip as many reviews were negative. However, it turned out the experience was well beyond our expectations. We are a family of four and stayed for one night. The room was clean and spacious. The room should have been refurbished as it was pretty modern. The mini bar was free - 4 bottles of water, 4 cans of Pepsi and 4 packs of crisps. Breakfast was also good. And the location of the hotel is great. We strolled along the beach before breakfast. Overall, the hotel might be a bit dated but the room was fine. The only complaint would be the carpark. Spaces are so narrow."

"The room was clean and tidy, we had a view of the ocean and the Brighton i360. For the price it was more than I expected. Great location with only a short walk to Churchill Square and Brighton Pier. The central station is also within walking distance, approximately 15-20 minutes. The hotel staff was friendly and let us leave our bags after we checked out. The desk was manned 24/7 so you can leave or enter the hotel at all hours. All in all a good experience and I would recommend Selina to anyone looking to find cheap accommodation in Brighton."
