"the building is gorgeous. as for the interior, my room was great. very comfortable, the AC worked excellently which was quite important. staff were very warm and helpful. I was able to leave my bag upon arrival in the morning and upon check out. I paid for the breakfast and it was very good but imo could be better. But good value. I'd be happy to stay here again."

"Really great location. Ask for a quiet room if you don’t want to listen to late night music from the bars . Everyone was very nice. Had a little issue where a room just had a bath so they changed the room without hesitation with just a shower. Car park needs better signage . I’m hoping I don’t get a fine for driving down a bus/taxi lane & stopping to run into the hotel for directions. When you know where it is it’s very easy to get too."

"The staff are consistently amazing. The rooms and communal spaces are so comfortable and inviting. I love this hotel! My only feedback is that although the breakfast area looks lovely in terms of how the food is presented, some of the hot food was cold and not actually very nice. The eggs were very cold and rubbery ( scrambled) and the pain au chocolat and other pastries were chewy and stale. Slightly disappointing because it’s layout is very appealing. But I want that to be received positively because I do love this hotel and can’t really fault it"
