"We had a great stay at the W. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was really comfortable and well-appointed. We had space for two adults and two teenagers in good confort. The location is perfect and we had amazing views from our room. We didnt need much but whatever it was the staff was on top of it. "

"The staff made our stay extra special. They made you feel as though they really cared about helping you. They were very interested in who you were and why you were there. In particular the stand outs were a Dutch male who spoke excellent English and ordered our cab for us. Dhairyaraj who was working in reception. Catherine in the dining room and a male waiter who was Catherine's colleague and wore an apron. We took a photo of his name badge but he moved too quickly and we can't read his name - Catherine might remember.
