Getting into the building was complicated, we had to navigate from one elevator to the plaza level, then walk around the plaza just to reach the condo building, and then go through security to get into the second elevator to finally get up to the floor was exhausting and unsafe. The apartment is well appointed and the views are stunning. We speak only a little spanish (the purpose of the trip was to go to one of the local spanish language schools and improve our spanish speaking abilities) and the support of everyone at the facility was appreciated. "The unit was clean but the bed was very hard and the pillows lumpy. BUT it was in a fabulous location!! It was an easy walk to the Cathedral and all the key spots in the historic district. The 9 Esquinas was basically across the road and had some really great restaurants. Had some confusion with the entry codes but the property manager sent someone right away to help us. Overall a great experience in Guadalajara. We would stay here again. "
