May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). Only complaint within accommodation is the water pressure in the bathroom. Overall will recommend this accommodation!"

"Nice property close to St-Stephen’s park. Welcoming staff! It was quiet for most of my stay. Last day or two wasn’t as quiet as some other people were very noisy at night and closing door heavily at 2-3am. Only problem I had at first didn’t have hot water in my unit to take a shower it was fixed afterwards "

"We were very happy with our stay. Fantastic communication and host very helpful with questions. Apartment is bang in the action and could not be more central. Other reviews said hot water could be an issue but wasn’t and use the boiler button and turn the shower the right way and it’s fine! Be aware it’s noisy late at night but it is in the temple bar! And this was fine for us. Roof top terrace great in warm Weather also. Would return. Thanks"

"Deceptive location on Expedia. It is blocks away (about 10 minutes walk from Stephens Green) Downstairs bathroom skylights across most of ceiling. The garden level suite is visible to anyone who walks outside next to apartment. The address of the property on hotels.com is incorrect and when we called him, instead of apologizing, he yelled at us for not looking at the piece of paper he handed us at the time of check-in, which by the way is more than a mile away from the property itself. "The end of a 10 day trip through Ireland spending the last 2.5 days in Dublin. Close to everything and had everything we needed. A little loud but we knew that going in and enjoyed the sounds of the city. Great communication and cleanliness. Recommend!"
