"we where impressed by the overall appearance, though parking would be tricky if a big car. lucky it was a small car and able to drive down small opening to the small parking at the back. The room was lovely but would of been helpful to know that breakfast was from 8-10am and we needed to leave earlier, offer of putting out some cereal was helpful but had been looking forward to the cooked breakfast. Over all we enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year ."

"Guest house with common areas on the first floor- comfortable living room, clean dining room and spacious kitchen. Our host was available both breakfasts to make coffee, ensure adequate food was available and did the dishes! Fun conversationalist as well. The upstairs had the bedrooms- small but comfortable with great shower. "

"I stayed with 3 small dogs, and found this one of the very rare places where the dogs were WELCOME rather than just tolerated. Room was a generous size. Fridge in room. Full length mirror and real wardrobe. Wifi was good. Only 5 minute walk to the riverside, and a small shop and sandwich shop just a few hundred yards away. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good and generous. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here."

"For my purposes, the Pincerna Rooms fitted the bill perfectly. A short stroll from the station, Union Street and the various offices that I needed to visit. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast but that is because I forgot to book it. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchen looked great and well equipped. The price as right. For a short stay, as good as places twice the price. If I had stayed a little longer, a room with more space to work would have been...
