The pillows were perfect. I do not write this in a superficial tone. We had a stay in another hotel chain recently that was a disaster for our entire party. Lack of cleanliness can quickly and decisively ruin a trip. Thank you, Best Western "

Prior to arriving she checked on any food allergies that may effect our breakfast. She made excellent suggestions for dinner, when she found it was our anniversary, she had left a bottle of wine, and an anniversary card next to the bed. So many other little personal extras made our stay so pleasant. We have never had a more pleasant experience. "
