"Ja...dit is wat je wilt als je een vakantiehuis boekt! Een huis dat voldoet aan alle verwachtingen en zelfs meer dan dat! De fantastische omgeving valt bijna niet te vangen in foto´s. Het uitzicht op de bergen, de geweldige tuin, het comfort van het huis. Het overtreft de verwachtingen en zal zeker niet teleurstellen. En wat fijn dat er rolluiken zijn bij de ramen! Zo blijft het binnen donker en koel. Het zwembadwater was nog wel koud toen wij er waren begin mei."

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

She was extremely helpful and assisted us with transfer from airport to the property, advice on places of interest, restaurants, take out and delivery options, supermarket locations and even offered to buy and deliver a birthday cake for my eldest granddaughter's birthday. The property is in fact a duplex apartment in a small block of apartments and not a house with a lovely large outdoor garden space (unclear from the the images).Our young children enjoyed the garden...

"This Villa is situated at the top of a Very steep hill, so steep 4 out of 5 taxis would not take us up there and no taxis would come to pick us up. The brochure says it is a 5 minute walk to the beach it does not say it is a nightmare climb on return! No one we spoke to ever walks up that hill and my wife certainly couldn't.
