New Vacation home on Lake Sinclair with boat-dock, and Kayaks

Beautiful views of Lake Sinclair is what it’s all about! Enjoy Kayaking, grilling, fishing, boating and hanging out by the fire-pit making s’mores and memories. Have your morning cup of Joe on the expansive wraparound patio overlooking the lake and listening to natures music. The outside patio decks have an abundance of seating and dining for all those family gatherings. House has Wi-Fi and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs. There’s a new Publix grocery and Walmart in Milledgeville aprox. 30 min drive to town. Visit the historic district area where the beautiful Victorian homes line the street.

Absolutely beautiful home! We were extremely comfortable. Boat ramp for our pontoon was right around the corner. Owner was extremely helpful and so sweet! We will definitely stay again! 10 out of 10

Rest and relaxation

It said “new listing” and it was NEW. We had a restful weekend, sat outside in various spaces the entire weekend depending on where was or wasn’t. Quiet, peaceful and lacked for nothing. Thank you for hosting us. Oh yea, we did exert some energy, we fished one morning with Dillan G. for stripers and hybrids and we caught and released more than our limit and had the most fun. Highly recommended Dillan 678-936-8780. Will be back for repeat of it all.
