"Booking through VRBO for a property in Reynolds Plantation excludes you from any Reynolds amenity, you can’t use the restaurants or book a boat. This is not mentioned on the listing We received no check in our check out instructions. The VRBO call center was not helpful and told us to speak to the host who was not immediately available due to a family emergency The property is very clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive when she became available. "

"When we checked in the door code would not work. The apartment/condo was very dated. This was 1 of 4 units in same building. We had to unscrew the light bulbs as the electrical was sketchy. Lights would flicker. Toaster or tiny microwave would cause circuit to blow. AC unit was in living room and sounded like a train locomotive. Hot water heater went out while we were there. Heard every word the guest upstairs said and every step they took in their condo. Doors slamming at all hours with people...

"Enjoyed this location! The property manager did a phenomenal job of ensuring our stay was a great one. The only two things were that we had to clean the toilet and some of the towels were not clean. Otherwise, it was fantastic!"
