"This property was so beautiful! Everyone in my family enjoyed this place so much. I picked this for my husbands birthday surprise and he loved every minute of it. The Host was super nice and super helpful with everything. Overall 10/10 stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be booking here again!"

"The photos and description of the property completely misrepresented the reality. One bathroom was without a sink. The other had the same feel as an airplane bathroom. Bedroom upstairs did not have a door to separate them from the staircase. One had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom without the sink was outside of the bedrooms on top of the staircase, The living area had a old couch and a couple of camping chairs. " The unkept and neglected exterior led to a grubby interior. One of the plastic deck chairs was broken and unusable. Floors were dirty and left our socks grey; there was pink mould in the tub & shower stalls, black mould on the water level of one toilet and no one had cleaned the ceiling ventilation fans or behind the toilets in either bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were good. There was just one hand towel. Also, insufficient furniture in the bedrooms - night...

"House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry...
