"While the building is an older one, the room itself was large, bright, nicely furnished, and most importantly clean. The courtyard with live trees is nice and provides a pleasant smell to the property. Parking is plentiful both in front and behind the building, with a circular drive with a covered entrance for loading and unloading. The entire property is non-smoking, which means you won't have to gamble on smoke wafting in your room. In terms of negatives, the elevator is slow and the drainage in the showers is slow. I also wish the TV had some sort of guide so I can see what is playing, it was old-school channel flipping only. The microwave was not plugged in, and the outlet was precarious so I didn't mess with it. It could use a proper power strip. Other than those small things, my stay was perfect and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean budget option. "

"The rooms were nice...not fancy but clean and comfortable beds! Breakfast was kind of sad tho...you could have cereal, instant oatmeal, or packaged sweets. We had to ask for coffee it was not made. It was good after it was made. "

"We were given an accessible King Suite instead of the Reg. King Suite, which was fine but the water from the shower makes its way all the way to the bathroom entry door and beyond. Not sure what they could do different due to the nature of the floor being roll-in to the shower for accessibility..."
