"The staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel would benefit from an overall refurbishment, carpets and paintwork look quite worn. When we arrived finding the entrance to the car park proved quite challenging, maybe some directions to it on the website would help. "Disappointed in our overall presentation in our room. The hotel had very nicely upholstered furniture but the sofa in our room was unsuitable and quite tatty. It felt unfinished. We couldn't rely on an evening meal bring available as the hotel cater for outside functions. We have stayed here before and our experience then was better than this stay. The hotels position for touring is ideal"

"When we arrived we were shown to our room our bags were taken upstairs for us which I thought was very nice, the room was nicely decorated, comfy beds and pillows our bathroom was very nice and spacious, we had a cooked breakfast which was cooked to perfection plenty of tea and coffee, I would definitely stay here again ⭐"
