"What a beautiful place! The room was large and spotless, and there were wonderful outdoor and indoor spaces to hang out in. All that, in a relatively quiet neighborhood with nearby cafes and a trolley that takes you directly downtown. (There is a large school across the street, so it may not be as quiet midweek when that's in session.) We will be returning!"

"By far one of the best I have ever stayed at. Old world charm with very nicely updated rooms, etc. Breakfast was perfect. The dinning area was loaded full of fruit, snacks, etc. Internet was very fast. Great streaming options on the TV. I only wish there was a small desk in my room. No matter, this is now my preference for SF! "

"Fantastic boutique B&B... loads if character and charm in this period building, the staff were great happy to give tips on where to go during our stay and the home made breakfast selection was amazing, if you like charm and dont mind the odd creaky floorboard they have it in spades... would recommend it to anyone. Added bonus of cheese and wine in the parlour in the afternoon for guests to hang out and chat with other guests in the welcoming atmosphere."

"Had an amazing weekend/stay in San Francisco. The property was exactly as shown on vrbo. Only thing not shown was property rule book but they were not so much rules but an asking of guests to treat the property with care, it also had general information on how to operate the shower and tv. A very handy thing to have so much appreciated. I mainly spoke with James and he was very much a kind and considerate host. Would recommend or revist in the future if i stay in the area."

Quiet evenings outside on the back deck are very nice, lots of wildlife, a local grey longhair cat, and a family of deer visit every night and meander through unalarmec only 20 feet away. Very cool.
