"The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. On the morning , we mentioned our evening to the general manager who jokingly said “ it was a normal occurrence in Georgia this time of year .” The breakfast was next . There were no pastries of any kind at 9am and the food on the hot bar was cold . When asked to replace or if there were more options . It was a no . We were left with cereal and yogurt . I have no idea why the eating for this hotel are so high ! Consider yourself warned ."

"I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load."

"This was a fabulous little house in the historic district. It was roomier than it looks from the outside, clean and very well appointed. It’s a short walk to the downtown area full of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It’s minutes to the university and a walking path along the river.Jared was a great host, extremely responsive.I would highly recommend."

"This hotel is located on Broadway in downtown Columbus, Georgia. It is what Columbus refers to as a boutique hotel. We were there one night. It was clean and well appointed. We didn't have any problems. We did not visit any dining or other amenities offered. Very helpful staff."

"When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and I do not remember seeing that on the site, but I may have overlooked. The house itself was nice, historical, but we were not overwhelmed by it, nor the lack of attention to customers by the owners. Very overpriced for what you get."
