Enjoy the privacy of a gated community, without the gates. Prime Hook is located perfectly behind a wildlife refuge. Not many people know about our oasis on the bay. Close enough to the excitement, if you want it.... And then come back and enjoy a bonfire on the beach.

Great Host and Wonderful Place

We loved our visit to Prime Hook Beach and Kim & Steve’s beach home! The listing and other reviews were spot on! Our Chocolate Lab Sadie enjoyed running on the beach and it was so quiet and peaceful…just what we were looking for!

Our October Beach Getaway

The house is very nice, we liked that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for the 3 of us! The location is very nice, only improvement would be waterfront or a screened deck looking over marsh. Very quiet, great walks, and easy to get to. 5 STARS!

Great place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle

We enjoyed a girls weekend, including the pup in a quiet, clean, and friendly place. The accommodations were excellent and beach time was great. All of the neighbors were friendly, and Lily (the pup) made 2 and 4 legged friends. Great place for sunrise and sunset viewing. We all loved it. Thank you so much, would love to come back.

Golf Trip Stay

We used this house for our annual golf trip. The place was great with more than enough space but also was a 30 second walk to the beach when we wanted to stretch our legs. It was less than an hour to Ocean City, MD, but this location was off the beaten path which provided serene marsh views, and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Easter at the Beach

Nice family getaway for first part of Easter break. Great time walking on beach, birding, puzzling, and board gaming. Blustery and cool but great fun! We will visit again!!

Perfect home to stay in! Super clean, well stocked, and excellent location for a quiet getaway. Our two dogs really enjoyed the decks and the accommodations exceeded our expectations from past experiences. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom which was a huge bonus, and the beach supplies were awesome. The host was very accommodating and answered my questions in a timely fashion. Absolutely would stay here again for a longer time!

Comfortable clean family getaway

Primehook Beach has become a favorite destination and this house is a perfect spot to settle in for a relaxing family vacation. Plenty of space, very comfortable and clean. We had a great time!

Great stay

This is a great location. Right across from the beach access. Beach is very private. Only thing to recommend is bring bug spray because there are mosquitoes at the beach but other than that it was a wonderful trip.

Summer family vacation 2024

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love this place. The house has everything you need. The distance to the beach is wonderful for all ages. The grand kids love the beach and bay. Quiet, friendly beach neighborhood

This property was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. It’s a very short walk to lovely, calm beach. At its busiest, we counted a total of 10 other people, looking in both directions. Without fail, everyone we passed, on the beach or walking along the road, waved and said hi. The host was extremely pleasant and helpful. Any/all information was prompt and thorough. The house was clean and very well supplied. Would definitely recommend for a quiet beach getaway.

Long Early Fall Weekend

This was our first time checking out Prime Hook Beach and it is truly a hidden gem! This house is fully stocked, convenient to the beach, clean, comfortable and even has a view! We are already planning our next trip!

Peaceful perfect beach getaway

GREAT location, perfect accommodations for our needs. Boys had baseball tournament and great place to come home to after games. Never been to a Northern beach but would consider again! Super awesome neighbors and host above expectations!
