THIS is the place to stay!!
From then cleanliness to the close proximity to Dreams Park to the beautiful property…this is the place to stay. Check in was seamless thanks to great communication from the owners. We could not have asked for a better “home base” for this week!

Great Location, Cozy Home!
Our family enjoyed our stay while At Home Base. The home was super clean, had everything we needed & was super close to Dreams Park which was perfect for early games. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook with and it was so nice having access to a washer & dryer.
Cooperstown was a fun experience! The downtown area was great & we loved being able to visit Ostego Lake beach at Glimmerglass park in between game times. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cooperstown!

Well stocked and amazing location!
We stay in a lot of rentals and this was by far the cleanest and well stocked rental we have been in. Not only is the location amazing, the house is also on private lot by itself. We got to host team party and it was a lot of space for boys to play wiffle ball, us to grill out and in addition there is hoop, deck and fire pit. Would highly recommend to anyone!
