Our apartment is very bright thanks to the large windows and the neutral colors throughout.

It has a thoroughly modern design with quite elegant furniture.

The apartment is located on the third floor and consists of:
a living area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.

-The living room features a sleeper sofa, a TV where you can watch in total relaxation, and a glass dining table accompanied by two velvet chairs.

-The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, plates, glasses, silverware, and a coffee maker (coffee is on us).

-The bedroom has a large double bed and an equally spacious closet where you can store your clothes and personal belongings.

-The bathroom has all the amenities: shower, bidet, toilet, washer-dryer, towels, mirror, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer.

-The balcony is private.

We’ll provide sheets and towels.

There is high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work but also for browsing the web in peace without interruptions.

Air conditioning and heating are available.

Guest Access
In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you complete the in-person check-in, we will provide you with the digital keys.

*A 100€ FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR LOST APARTMENT KEYS.*

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only 20€. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer our guests access to a partner taxi service with exclusive, fixed rates that are often more affordable than standard prices.

TRANSPORTATION:
Lambrate is accessible by subway via the Lambrate and Udine stops (green line M2), by train via the Milano Lambrate station, which offers city, regional, and national connections, by bus (lines 39, 54, 55, 75, and 924), and by tram (lines 19 and 33).
