The space

Kitchen and Living Space

This studio apartment consists of a living space with mezzanine and kitchen which are connected by an archway. Both rooms have their own double sofa bed, so that a total of four guests can sleep on the ground floor. The living space has a dining table and a flat-screen TV, while the kitchen has all necessary appliances including a stove. You can step out onto the long balcony that overlooks the inner courtyard from either room.



Bedroom and Bathroom

The main sleeping area is located on a mezzanine above the living space and has a comfy double bed and dramatic wooden headboard. The bathroom is on the same level as the living space and has a shower, toilet and washbasin.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED

-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
