The apartment of approximately 35 m2 is quiet and bright and has a terrace overlooking the condominium greenery.
Upon entering we find a wardrobe with two doors, a comfortable desk with a single bed on the mezzanine, a single bed with a pull-out which can also be used as a double bed, an armchair, a table for 2 people and a television area.
We then find a large storage room with two wardrobes and a separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob.
The bathroom with window is complete with a large shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and has a lovely terrace equipped with a table for two people.
From November 2024 to March 2025 the apartment will be offered at a discounted price because it is undergoing renovation work on the balconies.
