Recently renovated apartment located in the heart of Milano, literally few steps from Piazza Duomo, San Babila, Via Montenapoleone.

Located on the ground floor of a very typical Milan historical building, this is a luxury space fully equipped with every comfort including a private sauna.

The surroundings are just amazing. Just step out of the property and you'll be in the very center of the city. Walking distance to all the main attractions of Milano.

Closest tube station: San Babila (less than 5 min walking).

Ventilation issues. This property is small but cute and has an air conditioner which cools the kitchen and living area downstairs. However the upstairs is extremely hot and stuffy making it hard to sleep The air is not circulating there because of the archway and the glass dividing the unit. The ceiling fan cannot move air into the other area. I asked several times for a small fan to move the air up the stairs but was refused. Also the bathroom ventilation does not work well. Maybe the air is coming from outside the unit. it is very hot there and it smells of mildew and mold. Leaving the bathroom door open lets hot air go to the bedroom and makes it even hotter. The sauna also does not work and is tiny but takes up space in the bathroom. Anyone tall cannot stay here as the doorway to the bathroom upstairs is very short. I washed some clothes in the machine and hung them up to dry. After leaving I noticed those clothes were filled with the mold smell of the unit.
