Located on the third floor (elevator available) of a very modern and elegant building (Orti Antichi), the flat features a very large living area, and a fully equipped and modern kitchen. Beautifully designed and decorated, with parquet floors, design furniture, and Bisazza bathrooms.

Two large double bedrooms with king size bed, two large bathrooms. Both with access to a very nice balcony with views on the quiet, internal courtyard.

Private car park available in the building garage. The garage entrance is strategically located just outside the AREA C restricted zone, meaning no permission/tax is required to access.
 
The flat is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need for a perfect stay, like kitchen appliances, coffee machine, smart TV with Netflix and streaming services, and much more.

Both bedrooms have access to a nice balcony with view on the internal courtyard.
