Suburban Milan Refuge

Service was excellent. Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. Restaurant next door was also excellent. Was able to walk to shopping, less than a mile. Taxi to train. Train to Milan was about an hour ride so this location is outside the metropolitan Milan area, but close to Malpensa.

Good premium motel with easy access to airports

Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast complete and the gym has most of the required tools. However, please note that this a premium motel transforming into a hotel so some rooms can be a bit dark, some finishing details are missing etc Overall very good stay if you are in the area and want to avoid the big hotel chains without missing out

Its ok for a quick stay would probably not stay for extended period of time. It was convenient since it was close to malpense airport and we landed late. So we just slept there and had breakfast, breakfast was decent, had plenty options.

Triple room, was given a sofa bed was not advertised as so Dust allergies, came out in hives and sneezing Single bed mattresses were uncomfortable and hard Otherwise staff friendly and approachable Well maintained Incident- where taxi was booked by hotel staff for us and we were made to pay 70 euros without being informed and this ruint the trip for us (unexpected extra cost)

The breakfast was Amazing! . Staff was very lovely, speaking English just perfect to communicate. From the airport to the hotel it’s only 15min driving but the taxi cost ( 45-70 €) for one way soooo expansive I was shocked. I had to pay 25 pounds for an earlier check-In which was okay and understandable. Unfortunately my worry during my staying was the heating problem and never works during my entire staying. My room was cold knowing the temperature dropped so it’s was terrible and I was in ground floor. Apparently the heating system works in a specific time during the day (6-10am) and (8-10pm).

Limited transport. Far from the nearest station and taxis fairly expensive. Almost €20 for a 10 minute drive ! Staff also charged me an extra €20 cause I had a guest ? Hotel also smaller and not as nice as it looks online. Probably my worst hotel experience yet

Poor maintenance, we had two room in both air condition is not working, one room had broken shower knobs which made it impossible to take a shower, not ideal when you want to relax 8 hours before a flight in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The shower wasn't working properly in our room so we had to change rooms. The rooms were dark and there was a light bulb that was out. The location was difficult to get to without a car and not as close to the airport as the website lead us to believe. The website says that there's an airport shuttle, but there isn't. We were told by the staff that they had a contract with a local taxi cab company and that we could get a good rate. Our rate was not good. It was actually more expensive than when we called the taxi ourselves.

I was able to check in early which was great! However upon checking in my room, all of the walls pretty much had water damage (so I was told) but I do not believe it was new. It looked like mold and I was not able to change my room. The two things that was great was I slept well/my room was always attended to, and the breakfast options were great. The room I selected had a sauna, so that made the stay a little better. I did not ask many questions such as where’s the gym etc… because I felt like I was being annoying to ask. The hotel is close to some stores but you would need to rent a car to get around. That’s not an issue. I’m not sure if I’d come back due to the room mold water damage issue. I feel that was messed up, when I showed the front desk photos, it was shrugged off,

I booked a hotel in Milan for my friends, for their honeymoon as surprise. On Sunday, two days before their departure, the hotel messages me to say that there is a fault with the junior suite and they are providing another room (a downgrade). Of course I was not happy with this as what I paid for was a junior suite and more importantly, the room was not for me - it was for their friends for their honeymoon. I asked them to refund the difference, as the room they were providing was a lot cheaper than what I paid for. They wouldn’t do this. Instead, the said they would do a free spa, refund me the money the €10 I paid for rose petals and candles to be around the room and leave a bottle of alcohol. I told them this is not acceptable as 1. My friends do not drink and 2. It’s a honeymoon. I also asked if they provide a shuttle service to which they responded no. Nonetheless, my friends went to the hotel and immediately they are met with renovations. None of which was stipulated at the time of booking. The hotel did not provide the decorative features I asked for, instead scattering some petals, some of which my friend said were burnt. Bed bugs were also present in the room. Really disappointed with this hotel, especially as the previous reviews seemed so positive.

Es ist im grossen und ganzen, eigentlich ein tolles Hotel, die Mitarbeiter sind Top, das Frühstück ist gut, das einzige worüber ich meckern kann, sind die Zimmer, die sind zwar gross und verfügen über jeden Komfort, jedoch zu Dunkel und eher ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Denke, das ich aber trotzdem das nächste mal da Buchen werde.

Esperienza Terribile: Nessuna Sicurezza, Telecamer

Ho avuto un’esperienza terribile in questo hotel e non lo consiglio a nessuno. Mentre facevo colazione nella sala colazioni dell’hotel, ho lasciato la mia borsa sul tavolo e sono andato/a a riempire il piatto per 2 minuti. Quando sono tornato/a, la mia borsa era sparita. È successo all’interno della struttura dell’hotel, non per strada—complimenti alla sicurezza di un hotel a 4 stelle! La coppia seduta accanto al mio tavolo era entrata dopo di me, e quando ho chiesto informazioni alla reception su di loro, non avevano idea di chi fossero o del perché fossero lì. A quanto pare, chiunque può entrare liberamente in questo hotel, commettere un crimine e andarsene senza alcun controllo. Inoltre, le telecamere non funzionano: sono lì solo per bellezza. Per peggiorare le cose, la direzione dell’hotel si è rifiutata di aiutarmi in modo significativo. La mia borsa conteneva i miei ultimi soldi, il mio laptop e tutti i miei documenti importanti, e l’indifferenza del personale è stata scioccante. Se tenete alla vostra sicurezza e ai vostri beni, state lontani da questo posto. La mancanza di sicurezza e l’atteggiamento poco collaborativo della direzione dimostrano chiaramente che non si preoccupano dei loro ospiti. Non rischiate—imparate dalla mia esperienza e scegliete un altro posto dove soggiornare.
