Boiler not working

We had no hot water during our stay. I was in communication with somebody who I thought was the owner but turns out to be a manager of the property. Communication is protracted and they had agreed to compensate us but seen no movement on them paying anything. Very disappointing

Das Appartement war überragend. Schöner ging es gar nicht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ware auch suer.
