A designer apartment of approximately 90 square meters spread over multiple levels, accommodating up to 4 people! The apartment is equipped with all the main amenities and is strategically located in Sant'Ambrogio, just a short walk from the Cadorna FN Station, the Triennale, Sempione Park, and the Sforza Castle! Charming bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep, and a short walk takes you to the nightlife spots on Corso Sempione/Arco della Pace or the Brera district!

The approximately 90-square-meter apartment—very quiet—is laid out over several levels as follows:



-ENTRANCE on the first floor with a living room featuring a double sofa bed and a Smart TV, and a kitchenette with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle



-LOWER LEVEL: (accessible via internal stairs) featuring a bedroom with a double bed and split AC. Bathroom with bathtub and bidet



-UPPER LEVEL: (accessible via internal stairs with split AC on the stairs) featuring a living room with a dining table and a bathroom with a bidet and shower stall



Additional amenities available to guests: Wi-Fi, washing machine, independent heating, 50-inch TV, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off must comply with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which these systems may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the shuttle to Central Station and from there the green M2 metro line to Cadorna. Walk from Cadorna for about 5 minutes



- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express train to Cadorna. Walk from Cadorna for about 5 minutes



- From Central Station, take the green metro line (toward Abbiategrasso) to the Cadorna stop, which is 400 meters from the apartment



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; however, paid parking is available at the Sant’Ambrogio Parking lot, just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
