Lucca on reception was very charming and helpful. The modern complex seemed a bit confusing at first but it is all built around the central square.There are many bars and restaurants to choose from. Also, there is a large shopping mall 200 metres away with autobank, supermarket, and many other shops and restaurants. Great free secure parking is a bonus with lift from garage to apartments.The apartments vary in size and some have only a small kitchen corner. So check which amenities are most important to you. Our apartment was large and well equipped with huge balcony. We booked for a second week here mainly due to the excellent service provided by Lucca who went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy with our stay.

Beau séjour dans la banlieue milanaise.

Excellent accueil, appartement très spacieux, confortable et propre, dans un environnement urbain agréable malgré son caractère "quartier d'affaire". Equipement culinaire un peu sommaire.Et Milan, objet de notre visite à 45 mn par les transports en commun, mais c'est la contrepartie d'un prix très raisonnable.

Appena sufficiente.

A fronte di un problema non risolvibile nel week-end mi hanno fatto un upgrade della stanza. Nonostante ciò ho riscontrato altri problemi di piccola entità che non sono stati sistemati ma che potevano benissimo essere risolti con facilità. Cosa peggiore è insopportabile e stato l'odore nauseante di cucina a base di spezie orientali provenire dagli altri appartamenti sottostanti o circostanti. Mobilia cucina molto vecchio e doccia bagno molto scomoda e per niente pratico.

Das Mobiliar ist in einem schlechtem Zustand es wurde meiner Meinung nach schon lange nichts mehr erneuert. Heizung lässt sich schlecht bis gar nicht regeln. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier leider nicht.

weniger schöne Erinnerung aus dem Großraum Milano

Bei Ankunft wollte man mir eine extrem abgewohnte 50qm Wohnung geben, nach Bezug wieder zur Rezeption und noch malangemerkt das ich eine 70qm gemietet habe. Darauf hin gebuchtes bekommen, allerdings war dann in dieser Wohnung kein Wasserkocher. Bett und Bettwäsche war auch nicht zum wohlfühlen. Wohnung war lieblos eingerichtet. Kann die Anlage nicht empfehlen.

Il personale non troppo gentile, la struttura ottima, la posizione lasciava a desiderare in quanto i trasporti sono pressoché nulli a meno che non sei munito di macchina non è il caso andarci.

For business, use Cosmo Hotel not Cosmo Residence

Residence has lots of space but room quality, service, access to restaurant and gym are all far better in the Hotel. My room in Residence had: rusty toilet, lukewarm hot water, no bracket to use hand shower as a standing shower, no ironing/laundry service

Wonderful hotel next to shopping centre

Wifi is now available in the apartment. Big spacious apartment with 2 bathroom. Place was clean. Private carpark as well. Just take note you will have to check in at Cosmos hotel. Will definitely stay again.

just a pretty view

This residence is not recommended. The so called residence part has a couple of hot plates, you cannot feed yourself in this scenario. The room was Spartan to say the least. Couch no table and a child's desk. That's all. But I could roller skate in the room... that is a bonus.

Pricey without any WiFi

Great apartment with one flaw. There is only internet thru a Ethernet cable so if you d'ont bring a laptop you will only have internet in the lobby. Lobby and apartment internet works kinda slow for being hi speed and problems logging in on apple devices in lobby. This was known by hotel personnel. Price is to high at 200$ per night at end of June. Front desk personnel is great but sometimes easy things are not possibel like just go buy more modems so you can move to wi fi in every apartment.

Spacious apartment near the mall

The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable; it was very clean. The drainage in one of the showers was not working properly and there was no WiFi in the apartment (even WiFi in lobby not the greatest). If you are depending on public transportation, you have to watch the times carefully because if you have to use taxis, they will try to take advantage and find ways to increase the fare. It may be better to stay in the city center if you don't have your own transportation. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Gute und grosse Unterkunft

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie (Kinder resp. erwachsenes Kind 19, 17, 13 Jahre alt) Wir haben in diesem Hotel gebucht weil wir 2 Tage die Expo besuchten. Mit dem Auto ist diese ca. 30 Minuten entfernt. Parkplatz wurde uns gratis in der Tiefgarage geboten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden in unserer "Wohnung" Die war in 9. Stock sehr gross und praktisch. Hat sogar eine Küche mit Kühlschrank. Ein grosses Einkaufszentrum ins gerade um die Ecke. Alles war sauber und jeden Tag geputzt worden. Die Einrichtung war nicht mehr ganz neu aber für uns ideal. ☺Danke wir haben ein paar unvergessliche Tage verbracht. Wir können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.
