The apartment is definitely not as advertised.
(1) The unit is not in 3rd floor it is 4th
(2) The lift is not working. . I have an 85-year old mother who barely could climb the stairs.
(3) Power outage right after checking in
(4) No hot water. . only after calling Altido support and get instructions did we get hot water
(5) Altido customer service support provides very vague instructions especially when restoring the power. They tell you they will call back but never happens.
(6) Kitchen equipment and utensils are very old and very limited.
(7) Tap water dirty
To Hotels.com, kindly ensure that your hosts are credible. It is their responsibility to inform the guest if there is something wrong and deviations from their descriptions onsite.
