"Let’s just say they did a very good job with the marketing photos, but the reality is quite different. Please be careful if you are choosing this specifically for the spa as it has restrictive hours, and extra cost, and the facilities are overcrowded and not like the photos. There is an ugly industrial complex right next to it, it shares a lot with a gas station and mediocre typical restaurant. Nothing else nearby. The rooms are super basic, so if you are still considering a stay here ask for...

"En las fotos aparece un hotel diferent al que te envian con el mismo precio de la reserva. Nunca había visto un hotel que no incluye desayuno. Habíamos marcado la opción de cama doble para matrimonio y nos dan dos camas separadas una alado de la otra de muy mala calidad y los muelles hacen mas ruido que un tractor. Media hora em recepción para que encuentre la reserva por que no le salia o no se que carajo les pasaba. En fin Experiencia horrible calidad precio no se lo merece ni de lejos."

Pusimos el cartel de no molestar y entraron sin permiso a hacer la cama sin apenas limpiar. "This is an excellent apartment for rent in Sepúlveda. The owner Christina is very helpful and helped us get acquainted with the area sites, restaurants and shops. She owns a bakery/deli next door to the main hotel that is a must stop for breakfast or after dinner snacks. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "
