"Very clean and very Quiet. Close access to walking trails and beach at Tawas Point State Park. Short drive into town for Blues Festival. Bed was a little to soft for what I like. But the apartment was very nice."

"The Sanctuary was great. It is the second time we stayed there and will be back. Good communication with the host. The place was clean and has everything we needed. It is so peaceful there, we did not want to leave. There were deer and turkey walking around the property."

"What a great location! Relaxing views of Lake Huron, sun, beautiful sunrises, long walks on the beach. We had everything we needed (except warmer weather!). I highly recommend this cute beach cottage and would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is charming amd very welcoming. Everything was very clean well organized in the kitchen amd bathrooms. The view is lovely amd the back deck is a very relaxing place to drink coffee or unwind after a long day of lake time We definitely would stay again and recommend it to anyone who needed a place to stay. "We booked this gem for a last minute getaway for our family before taking our oldest to college. This is a secluded spot not far from town with amazing scenery, birds, wildlife. The night sky viewing is spectacular. Clean, comfortable rooms and space for our family of four. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed. "The house was nice beds were comfy we thought it was more handicap accessible and we brought things that we would need but it was alittle difficult its only cause of our situation wife wanted the beach to look for rocks but we got there the day the beach had been cleaned so that was the down side all in all it was a nice place good time thanks "
