This beautiful 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment is located in the beach front complex of Arkadia Beach. The complex offers steps from the communal garden direct to the beach. It is located close to all local amenities including the town of La Cala de Mijas and golf courses.



This light and airy apartment has fresh and modern decor. As soon as you enter the door you are greeted with a view of the sea. The open plan kitchen/diner has been stylishly furnished and offers a dining table and chairs, sofa, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. The south facing terrace is fitted with electric awnings to enjoy either full sun or shade and offers panoramic views to the sea and beach. The terrace is furnished with a gas barbecue, table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The patio doors slide and fold to fully open up the lounge to the terrace. The apartment offers vented hot and cold A/C.



The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed and enjoys direct access to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower fitting over the bath. The guest bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has use of the guest shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
