A fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in el Faro / el Chaparral with stunning panoramic sea views! Situated in Mijas Costa available for short term holiday rental. With pool, parking and AC, plus a short 5 minute walk to the beach and various restaurants and shops!

A very well presented and spacious apartment, benefiting from a big private balcony (plus bonus roof terrace!) looking directly on to a nice communal pool and garden area with separate childrens pool, jacuzzi! The apartment also has Fibre Optic Wi-Fi internet and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering holidays!

Close to all amenities, shops, golf and the sea and sitauted in a gated complex with underground parking. The terrace area also has a BBQ!

El Chaparral is a small resort and the urbanisations are built around the El Chaparral golf course and it is 30km from Malaga International Airport. It is one of the quieter tourist destinations but a great destination for the golf enthusiast.

There is a number of self-catering holiday apartments/villas and most are a short walk to the beach where there are plenty of sun beds and a beach restaurant. There are a few bars and restaurants but for a wider selection Fuengirola is just a 2 minute drive away and a 5 minute drive in the opposite direction is La Cala de Mija. El Chaparral is a great place to relax, sunbathe, explore and walk and is suited for families who want a fun beach holiday, or couples looking for a quiet break!

Main bus route going between Fuengirola and Marbella (also stopping at la Cala de Mijas), stops just 5 minutes walk away.

Fuengirola bus station and train station, close together in the town center, then leaves you in reach to visit virtually any location on the Costa del Sol easily!

The airport is also just 20 minutes drive from the apartment. Fuengirola is 2 minutes drive and la Cala de Mijas is 5 minutes drive. Even Marbella and Puerto Banus are an easy 20 minute drive away!
