This stylish two bedroom apartment, located in One Heights complex in La Cala overlooks La Cala hills and has views of the sea. Just a few minutes drive away will take you into the heart of La Cala town and beach, where you will find a fine selection of shops, restaurants bars. One Heights offers many facilities, including a large communal infinity pool (summer), separate childrens pool, indoor pool and Spa (winter), gym, golf simulator, childrens play room and a communal kitchen/dining area.

One heights is a secure gated complex with underground parking and the apartment offers two parking spaces.



Entering into the apartment which is arranged over one floor, you will find the open plan living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island with dining stools. The dining area has seating for six. The lounge has a 65¨smart TV and large L shaped sofa. The lounge leads out onto the terrace area with a further dining area seating six people, a lounge seating area, sunbeds and a gas BBQ.



The master bedroom suite benefits from a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and access on to the terrace. The guest bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and access to the guest shower room.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Mijas

Sehr schönes Appartement mit tollem Blick. Leider waren die Liegen auf der Terasse kaputt und wurden erst nach zwei Wochen ersetzt. Auch war die Terrasse nicht gereinigt. Zwischenreinigung nur auf Nachfrage. Trotzdem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Mijas.

Cala nova

Excellent place to stay. Only thing for improvement dishwasher tablets for full stay, toilet roll for full stay and more towels to last for full stay.
