Luxury townhouse with private plunge pool, walking distance beach and town!

Contemporary style, luxury townhouse for 6 persons at a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located in the luxury resort La Valvega on the outskirts os the charming beach side village of La Cala de Mijas


The house is stylishly decorated and has a spacious terrace with a dining table with 6 chairs and lounge furniture followed by a private garden with sun beds and direct access to the subtropical garden with 3 pools.


 


On the ground floor, the entrance hall with guest toilet leads into the spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped modern open kitchen with breakfast bar. The wall to wall glass sliding doors lead you to the private terrace. The stylishly furnished living room has a large Smart TV with international channels and sports channels.


On the first floor you will find the spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobe and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a shared bathroom.


On the second floor is the private roof terrace with partial sea view. On this roof terrace you can relax in your own splash pool and enjoy the sun on the sun beds and lounge sofas.


On the basement floor is an extra chill room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a coffee table. The room has no window or aircon. However it does have ventilation and is a lot cooler than the rest of the house. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. From the basement, a lockable door leads to the communal garage with two private parking spaces.


 


La Cala de Mijas


The location of the resort La Valvega is unique. It is located on the edge of the beautiful old fishing village of La Cala de Mijas. La Cala is a little gem on the eastern Costa del Sol. La Cala is known for its wide sandy beach and a developing restaurant scene (Spanish, Indian, Italian, British, Thai, etc.) Also try Elliott Wright´s famous Olivia´s la Cala restaurant and cocktail bar with live music. There are also many bars and terraces, shops and local markets, and last but not least, there are several golf courses in the vicinity. The footpath along the beach is also a must. From the old watchtower in la Cala, you can walk along the beach via the beautiful footpath (el sendero) to the marina of Cabopino. (In total 6.8 km) The old watchtower in la Cala is only 1 km away from La Valvega. This Torre de La Cala fort is a focal point. There’s an exhibition centre where you can see photographs of the original La Cala fishing village. Plus, you can climb to the top of the tower and admire the views.
