Esmeralda Sea View La Cala de Mijas

Spacious fully refurbished 2 bedroom apartment with sea views from every aspect, only 200 meters from the beach and 650 meters from the very popular beachside town of La Cala de Mijas with its fabulous blue flag beaches, shops, bars & restaurants. This is Location, Location, location!!!

The apartment was fully refurbished in 2024, with new double glazed windows with security blinds, a new kitchen, internal doors, wardrobes, etc. The living room, kitchen and both bedrooms have superb views of the sea. This beautiful apartment is very well equipped, and has a hallway, large living room, sunlounge, kitchen, breakfast room, utility room, two full double bedrooms, and a luxury bathroom.

There is hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom (both work with a timer installed at the entrance next to the fuse box), and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards, and an electric hob, electric oven and microwave oven, double Airfryer and all relevant equipment for a fantastic stay. There is also a fridge freezer and a washing machine.

Both bedrooms are doubles ( 1 x double and 2 x singles) and the main bedroom has large fitted wardrobes. In the utility room there is the electric hot water cylinder, fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner and space to store goods. The apartment also benefits from high-speed 5G fiber internet.

The communal areas are very well maintained with plenty of lighting. There is a large communal swimming pool for residents, surrounded by gardens, and the pool is open for use all year round.

Access to the apartment is excellent. It is located on the ground floor and there are no steps at all from the street to the apartment. Also the gardens and pool can be reached without any steps. There is private communal parking and also free on street parking.

From the apartments it's a 5 minutes to walk to the beach and 10 minutes into La Cala de Mijas beach town with its major offering of bars, restaurants, shopping and walks. Figaro restaurant is a must try as is Dak Burger.

50 meters from the apartment is a mini market and pizza restaurant and take away, and within 5 minutes walk there are several bars and restaurants. The main supermarket, Mercadona, is also very close by, within walking distance.

Both Malaga airport and Marbella can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.

La Cala de Mijas has full facilities with many bars and restaurants, a sandy beach, and a weekly market. There is a vast selection of golf courses in the area, and the centrally located Tourist Information Centre will be able to provide information on the area.

The boardwalk at la Cala de Mijas is around 6 kms in length, and joins the Malaga Coastal Path with walks to Max Beach, plus Calahonda, Cabopino etc, this ultimately covers 163 kms of the coast. Transport in the area is good, with taxis / Uber / Bolt and buses readily available.
